Another quick post

This is another quick post so, I can keep in touch with my lovely blog and followers. There's something wrong with my computer and the computer can't keep up with my typing. Here's what's new in my life: nothing
Nothing ever is but that's okay.
I have to stop telling you about my life pretty soon which is lucky for you because I have nothing to say. I'm going to post a poem, though.
Doll

She jumps up,

So pretty,

So delicate,

I kiss her furry head,

It’s soft on my lips,

Her kitten face swells in my eyes,

She’s a doll,

She looks like she’s back from a kill,

She licks her paws clean,

Tasting the defeat of her victim,

How can such an innocent creature,

Kill so easily?

The music haunts me,

With thoughts of her victim,

Was it quick?

She nibbles on her food,

Forgetting what she had done,

Just minutes before

Hey everybody!

Hey everybody!
Guess who's come back to you?Me (in case that was completely obvious!)! I know that I haven't posted anything really in a long time. I've posted some stories, some music, and some poems but I haven't had an actual blog post and for that, I apologize (or you're welcome?). So, I'm gonna give it a shot.
I'm sick, I have a stuffy nose and a headache... and I'm dizzy. Is anyone else out there sick? It's not-so fun especially since it's the weekend.
I'm still hanging around figment but I'm really hating all the roleplay.
So, exams are starting on Monday and I'm not worried... seriously. I can't wait for time off.
Well, I'm not feeling so great so, I'm going go hang out in front of the computer and stop trying to think.

Stitches

I had a whole blog post planned for today. It wasn't groundbreaking or anything but it was nice to have a plan but I just felt the urge to post something... something I wrote. Something I wrote for something other than this blog. It's a poem that I wrote for a collection of poems called Sky. I'm pretty sure it's not my favourite but I wanted to post it anyways so, here it is:

Stitches

Sewing together the stitches,To become a whole

 If it weren't the night

We would see the hummingbird

Whose wings steadily flap,

In their glorious iridescence;

A reflection of our own surreal glow

But it is the night.

And lost in the velvet

Of the midnight sky,

There is just you and I.

The erratic rhythm

Of our two hearts

Is like the heavy beats

Of the hummingbird's wings.

And as we twist together,

We also fly.

Pale Blue Eyes

The title and topic of this post is inspired by the Velvet Underground song of the same name but it is not about the Velvet Underground (which is a great song). I'm actually going to be writing about my eyes.
Now, why would anyone write about their eyes? Is it because they're a narcissist? No, I'm not a narcissist. I'm completely full of self-hatred, don't worry. I would write about my eyes because everyone comments on them. I'm serious not a day goes by where I don't get a comment about my eyes.
My eyes are special, I guess. They're pale blue but sometimes they look grey, sometimes they look white, sometimes they look green and someone told me today that my pupils looked blue too.
I don't know what makes them so special, they're just eyes. All eyes are nice. So, what makes one pair better than another?
It's all just a little silly.

Dear Blog,
I'd hate for you to think I'm ignoring you because  really, I'm not. I've just had nothing going on so, I had nothing to write about. I still have nothing to write about except the fact that I have nothing to write about.
I guess I haven't told you about Christmas. I got the new iPod nano and it's really tiny.

But I really like it even though I was unsure if I would. I got a lot of money to spend on music. Which is amazing.
My life is at a stand still but I go back to school soon... yay! Well, I guess it'll give me something to do.
Figment is dead today, I guess other people got back to school a little sooner.... haha!! Now wait, that means I have no one to talk to. At least on figment.
Well, I have to go.
